The Great Pyramid is said to contain 2.3 million limestone and granite blocks averaging 2.5 tones each and over 144,000 polishes limestone blocks for the casing. There is also a great amount of excavation below the ground level. This was supposedly accomplished starting 1584BC and completed 1540BC. That’s 44 years which means site preparation and excavation, then cutting shaping and placing all those stones. I see artists showing great lines of people pulling these stones up ramps but none have showed locating and placing them. I find the idea of a perimeter ramp that climbs through square corners quite incredible. I for one do not see how 20 – 30 stones a day could go up such a path and be placed. I believe a long single earthan ramp would have a greater volume than the Great Pyramid itself. Your thoughts?
